1. Where We Ship From
Souq Herb is based in Alexandria, Egypt. All orders placed on this website are shipped internationally from Egypt to addresses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
The shipping cost and the estimated delivery time for your order are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, as international shipments pass through customs clearance.
Estimated delivery time is 8 to 14 business days from order confirmation, depending on customs clearance.
All product prices include VAT and customs duties, so no additional customs or tax charges are collected upon delivery.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, we will send you a confirmation message with your order details and tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
